1. Who We Are

Bravo Delta Defense (“BD Defense,” “we,” “us”) is a federally licensed firearms dealer operating online from Yuma, Arizona. By using this website or placing an order request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

  • You must be legally eligible under federal, state, and local law to purchase any item you order. Federal law requires you to be at least 18 years old to purchase a rifle or shotgun and at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun from a licensed dealer.
  • Every firearm sale is completed through a licensed FFL dealer and requires a successful ATF Form 4473 and NICS background check before the firearm is released.
  • You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your state and locality, including magazine capacity limits and product restrictions. We refuse any sale we believe would be unlawful.
  • Straw purchases are a federal crime. Every buyer must be the actual purchaser of the firearm.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Submitting a cart on this site is a request to purchase, not a completed sale. No order is final until we confirm availability and the total price with you directly.
  • The confirmed total may include shipping, transfer fees, and applicable taxes, which we state before you pay. Payment is collected only after confirmation.
  • Listed prices and availability may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any unconfirmed order request, in which case you owe nothing.
  • We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we cannot verify eligibility or the receiving FFL.

4. Firearm Delivery and FFL Transfers

Firearms are never shipped directly to a buyer's door. Every firearm is either picked up in person (Yuma, Arizona) after a completed background check, or shipped to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice, where you complete the background check and take possession. We verify the receiving dealer's license before shipping. The receiving dealer may charge their own transfer fee, which is separate from our prices and paid by you to them.

5. Where We Do Not Sell

Due to state restrictions, we do not sell or ship to: California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington. We may update this list as laws change.

6. Parts and Accessories

Non-firearm items (magazines, optics, parts, and accessories) may ship directly to you where lawful, or be picked up in person. You are responsible for confirming an accessory is legal to possess where you live before ordering.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Used Items and Condition

Many of our items are used. We describe condition honestly and in good faith, but used items are sold as described and may show wear consistent with age and use. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, are between you and the manufacturer; we will help you make contact where we can.

9. Website Use

Site content, including photos and listing descriptions, belongs to Bravo Delta Defense and may not be reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false order information, probing or disrupting the service, or scraping content.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from any sale, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the item at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
