What We Collect

• Information you give us: your name and contact details when you send an inquiry, join the waiting list, or submit an order request — plus, for orders, delivery details such as your chosen FFL dealer or a shipping address.
• No payment card data: this website does not collect or store card numbers. Payment is arranged with you directly after we confirm an order.
• Basic site analytics: we count page views and cart activity using a random identifier stored in your browser. It is not linked to your name or email, we do not record IP addresses, and we use no third-party trackers or advertising pixels.
• Optional account: if you create an account, we store your email, a one-way scrambled version of your password (we cannot see the password itself), and any contact or delivery details you choose to save for faster checkout.
• Browser storage:your cart is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives page reloads. The only cookies we set are login cookies — one for our own staff, and one for you if you sign in to an account.

How We Use It

• To respond to your messages and fulfill your order requests.
• To coordinate firearm transfers with the licensed FFL dealer you choose.
• To email the waiting list when inventory goes live (one-click unsubscribe in every email).
• To meet legal record-keeping obligations that apply to firearms dealers.
• To understand which listings get attention, via the anonymous analytics above.

What We Share

We do not sell or rent your information, ever. We share it only with: the FFL dealer involved in your transfer; service providers that run this site for us (web hosting and email delivery), who may process it solely on our behalf; and authorities where the law requires it — including records federal firearms regulations oblige us to keep and produce.

Retention

Anonymous analytics events are deleted after roughly 180 days. Order and inquiry records are kept as ordinary business records, and transaction records required by firearms regulations are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your Choices

• Waiting list emails include an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• You can clear your cart and analytics identifier by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• You can turn marketing emails on or off from your account page at any time.
• You may ask us to delete your account, inquiry, or waiting-list information we hold about you; we will honor the request except where the law requires us to keep a record.

Security and Children

The site is served over HTTPS and access to customer information is limited to BD Defense staff. This site sells age-restricted products and is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
