How FFL Transfers Work
Firearms listed on this site are not sold or shipped directly to a buyer online. Every sale is completed in person or through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) transfer: the buyer completes the required ATF paperwork and background check (NICS) at the time of transfer, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law. Out-of-state buyers must arrange transfer through a licensed FFL dealer in their own area.
